How billing works

You are billed monthly based on the number of active users (reps who receive briefs). Adding or removing users adjusts your next invoice automatically.

There is no annual commitment. You can cancel anytime from the billing section in your account settings.

Managing your account

To manage team members, go to Team in the left sidebar. You can invite new reps, remove users, and set roles.

Company settings, branding, and integrations are all managed from the Settings page. The Settings page has tabs across the top: Branding, Integrations, API Keys, Webhooks, and Email.
