Salesforce and CRM
Quotd works with your CRM
HubSpot is supported on all plans. Salesforce is available on Enterprise. If you use a different CRM, the Quotd API lets you build a custom integration.
HubSpot (all plans)
HubSpot connects with a single OAuth click from Settings → Integrations. Quotd reads deals, contacts, companies, and notes. It writes briefs back as sidebar cards and timeline notes.
Full details in the HubSpot integration guide.
Salesforce (Enterprise plan)
Salesforce integration is available on the Enterprise plan and includes:
- Read: Opportunities, contacts, accounts, activities, and tasks
- Write: Briefs and debriefs written to record detail pages and Chatter
- Setup: Managed package or API integration, configured with your dedicated account manager
Salesforce setup includes dedicated onboarding to map your custom objects, fields, and workflows. Reach out to us to get started.
Getting started with Salesforce
Contact us to set up an Enterprise account. We will pair you with a dedicated account manager.
We map your Salesforce objects, custom fields, and record types to ensure briefs pull the right data and write back to the right places.
Install the managed package or authorize the API connection. Your account manager walks you through either option.
Connect your call recorder and Slack. Briefs start flowing before your team's next call.
Other CRMs
Quotd also supports webhooks for all major modern CRMs. If your team uses Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Folk, or any other CRM, you can connect it through our webhook and API system.
To set up a webhook or API connection, go to Settings → Webhooks or Settings → API Keys in the Quotd dashboard.
Slack delivery works regardless of which CRM you use. Even without a CRM connection, Quotd can build briefs from call recordings, emails, and Slack alone.
