Call recorders
Works with any recorder
Quotd has direct integrations with the major call recorders and a universal webhook for everything else. If your recorder can send data, Quotd can read it.
Connecting a supported recorder
Open Settings → Integrations
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Integrations tab along the top.
Find your recorder
You will see cards for each supported recorder. Click the one you use and authorize access. One click, no API keys needed.
Recordings start syncing
Quotd will pull your existing call recordings and start listening for new ones. Each recording gets processed and added to deal memory automatically.
Supported recorders
Gong — Quotd reads completed call recordings and transcripts via the Gong API.
Fathom — Call recordings sync automatically after each call. Transcripts and AI notes are both pulled.
Granola — Meeting notes and transcripts from Granola flow into deal memory.
Fireflies — Transcripts and action items from Fireflies are pulled after each call.
Avoma — Call recordings, transcripts, and Avoma's own AI notes are all ingested.
Chorus — Full transcript and recording metadata sync after each call completes.
Setting up a custom recorder via webhook
If you use a recorder not listed above, connect it through the universal webhook:
Create a webhook endpoint
Go to Settings, click the Webhooks tab along the top, and create a new endpoint. You will get a unique URL.
Configure your recorder
Paste the webhook URL into your recorder's webhook or integration settings. The endpoint accepts JSON payloads with the call transcript, attendees, timestamp, and optional metadata.
Verify the connection
Send a test recording or wait for your next call. The webhook status will update in the Settings page to confirm data is flowing. Full API documentation is available from the Documentation link under the Developer section in Settings.
Using multiple recorders
If different reps on your team use different recorders, that is fine. Connect as many as you need. Quotd deduplicates calls from multiple sources and stitches everything into the same deal memory.
